Exclusive Encounters
Xavier Thuizat, the oenological expert of the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, offers his guests the chance to discover treasures from the establishment’s wine collection. The Head Sommelier welcomes up to 6 guests in the heart of this exclusive wine cellar made of 2000 Grand Cru’s references. Over the course of two hours, he will present five tastings of the singular and prestigious vineyards accompanied by ten Executive Chef's culinary bites.
