Our menu highlights the truth of a single ingredient, magnified by the expertise of our bartenders and encapsulated in minimalist blends.

Seasonal ingredients are carefully selected and brought together in an elegant embrace.

Teams take control of the bar to introduce their cocktails to the customers of the Hôtel de Crillon.

The bar manager, Kevin Rigault

Kevin has been working in the bar industry for 10 years between Paris and London. He believes in the primary success of the bar through constant staff development and unwavering commitment to the values of integrity, hospitality and teamwork.

His favorite cocktail? The Sazerac, a classic cocktail from New Orleans, is considered by many to be America’s oldest cocktail.
