Bar Les Ambassadeurs launches new cocktail menu created to evoke the nostalgia of precious moments through inviting guests into a world of wonder and imagination.

The iconic Parisian Bar Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, will unveil its new menu, ‘A Sense of Memories’ on Thursday, May 15th as the first volume of its new series. Designed to evoke the nostalgia of treasured moments, the menu includes 15 new signature cocktails, which invite guests on a sensory journey of the seasons through their imagination.
Building on the success of its previous menu, ‘A Sense of Taste’, the new cocktail offering, curated by Bar Director Kevin Rigault and his talented team, will be presented in two distinct volumes that capture the essence of the seasons. The first volume will celebrate the vibrant flavours of spring and summer, through innovative cocktails featuring carefully selected French produce. These creations emphasise the importance of local ingredients, sustainability, and the bar's deep connection to nature. Through the art of storytelling, each cocktail evokes cherished childhood memories, from the warm glow of a summer campfire to the delicate scent of blooming flowers in full bloom.
The ’Sense of Memories’ menu continues Bar Les Ambassadeurs reputation, as an innovative and unique destination cocktail bar in the heart of Paris. Within the new menu, guests can expect visual illustrations of each cocktail to allow their mind to truly interpret each serve for a fully immersive experience.
For a taste of the ocean breeze, Seaside balances Haku Vodka, Aquavit, and Manzanilla with the briny essence of Caper and Oyster Leaves, offering a refreshing twist on the Dry Martini. It evokes the feeling of a peaceful summer stroll along the beach.
Flames captures the spirit of summer barbecues with Siete Misterios Mezcal, infused with the warmth of Beef, Padron, and Maple Syrup. This bold twist on a Mezcal Old Fashioned is a smoky, spicy sip that awakens the senses.
Postcards transports you to unforgettable summer moments, combining Frapin VSOP Cognac with Coffee, Croissant, and Amontillado Sherry in a twist on the Espresso Martini, the perfect sip for recalling the magic of past travels.
