HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

The vaccination process in Italy is managed by the Government and over 90% of the Italian population (over 12 years of age) has been fully vaccinated. 

MEASURES FOR ENTRY INTO ITALY

According to the , starting from June 1, 2022 there is no longer any obligation to present a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate to enter in Italy from EU Member States and other foreign countries.

Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when travelling to Italy by contacting your local embassy or visiting the .

GUEST JOURNEY - ACCESSING THE RESORT AND ALL ITS FACILITIES FROM 1 JUNE 2022

There is no longer any obligation to present a valid EU Digital COVID Certificate, negative PCR test result or a certificate proving recovery from Covid-19 to access the Resort and all its indoor and outdoor facilities, including the restaurants and The Spa.  

GUEST JOURNEY - BEYOND THE RESORT

In Italy, it is still mandatory to use a FFP2 masks when:

  • Travelling by public transport (airplanes, boat and ferries, trains, buses);
  • Attending events, shows, concerts, cinema, night clubs and sport competitions held within indoor venues;
  • Entering health facilities such as hospitals and clinics.

 

ASSOCIATES JOURNEY

All our associates are temperature screened before entering the resort. If an employee is displaying any symptoms relating to the virus, they will be sent home and the COVID-19 safety procedure will be activated.

All our associates have been required not to come to work if they are feeling unwell or had contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed as having Covid-19.

All associates are required to wear face masks, maintain social distancing and sanitize all touch points after usage.

All our associates receive continuous training on hygiene and cleanliness standards specific to their functional area.

RESORT OPERATIONAL UPDATES

The health and safety of our guests and associates is our utmost priority.

In following the World Health Organization, along with the Italian health authority (Istituto Superiore di Sanità) and Rosewood Commitment to Care, we have put in place new cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure we meet our guests needs while doing our part to keep you, our associates, and our communities safe.
