Our Women’s Employee Resource Group meets regularly to discuss career development opportunities and the quality of working life for women in the workplace. The group fosters knowledge sharing, mentoring, and inclusion across the organization. To support work-life balance, we have introduced flexible working arrangements for pregnant team members. In addition, we offer an extended paid parental leave for the other parent.
