Chef Paul Pairet offers a genuine dining experience, imagined as the dining room of today: urban and gourmet, offering simple, happy recipes. 

It's an informal get-together featuring dishes that have been revisited or simply given a twist, such as eggs mayonnaise or the roast of the day sliced straight from the plate, accompanied by a selection of cheeses and desserts.
