- rituals of togetherness
In the heart of Paris, Hôtel de Crillon invites you to enjoy a bright summer escape where fine dining, cocktails and unique experiences come together in an atmosphere inspired by the art of summer living.
A sensory afternoon tea
Jardin d'Hiver & Cour d'Honneur
The creation of a signature fragrance for the hotel gave rise to a unique tea time experience, “Un Jour à Paris”, where the fragrance becomes a sensory delight. It was in Saint-Paul-de-Vence that our Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin and the founder of Maison Godet, Sonia Godet, came together to bring this collaboration between olfactory and gustatory pleasures to life.
Discover three savory and three sweet treats, each reflecting a facet of this olfactory composition: the top, middle, and base notes.
The journey continues with a selection of floral teas from Palais des Thés, all presented on tableware by Maison Gien.
From May 8 to August 30.
Thursday to Sunday — 2 services starting at 3pm.
The Summer Terrace
Comestibles Courtyard
Away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, our Comestibles terrace takes on the feel of a summer garden. A relaxed setting where Château Saint-Maur Cru Classé rosé complements the lazy days and broadcasts of major international sporting events.
This season, the menu takes on a new tone. Chef Paul Pairet has created a more free-spirited cuisine, designed for sharing and the simplicity of the moment: fine charcuterie, hummus, tarama, burrata, signature sandwiches and generous desserts.
From May 4 to October 4.
Every day from 12pm to 10pm.
Frozen cocktails
Concorde Terrace
Overlooking the square of the same name, our Concorde terrace has been given a makeover centred around frozen cocktails – a simple, graphic summer vibe, designed for al fresco evenings.
The menu showcases a collection of frozen cocktails with bold signature creations: Eiffel Paloma with grapefruit, Concorde Porn Star Martini with notes of passion fruit, and Tuileries Basil Smash with lemon and basil.
From May 4 to October 4.
Every day from 5pm to midnight.
Iced pastries cabin
Place de la Concorde
Our famous pop-up stand is back at the foot of the Hôtel de Crillon, offering a spot for everyone – guests and passers-by alike – to stop and relax in a simple, summery atmosphere.
Our Pastry Chef, Matthieu Carlin, has reimagined his signature creations as ice-cream treats: lemon tart, Paris-Brest, raspberry pavlova and chocolate caramel cookie – desserts designed for summer, combining freshness with indulgence.
A selection of three iced teas from Palais des Thés accompanies the range and allows you to enjoy the experience throughout the day.
From June 3 to August 16.
Every day from 12pm to 7pm.
Chef Alan Taudon's table
Private terrace
Located on the second floor, our intimate terrace reveals a rare dining experience passed down from one connoisseur to another.
La Table du Chef is an intimate experience, designed as a prelude to the culinary world that Chef Alan Taudon will soon unveil to you: plant-based dishes as the starting point, in harmony with coastal influences.
Each evening, a single table is seated for a five-course menu, accompanied by food and wine pairings.
From June 12 to July 25.
Reservation for dinner from Thursday to Saturday (table for 4 people).
