Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, is pleased to announce the appointment of Vincent Billiard as Managing Director. After gaining extensive experience in the international luxury hotel management sector over the past 20 years, Vincent Billiard is now the youngest Managing Director of a luxury hotel in Paris.
A Parisian by birth, Vincent Billiard studied at the prestigious hospitality-management school ‘École hôtelière de Lausanne’, Switzerland, before beginning work at the Ritz-Carlton Group in 2003, where he worked for 13 years in various key roles. He started his career in the United States, before moving on to the Cayman Islands and then Asia. His notable roles included Hotel Manager in Tokyo, then General Manager in Tianjin, China, before he joined the Bulgari group in 2016 where he was in charge of the launch strategy for the first Bulgari Hotel & Residences in Shanghai.
Vincent Billiard’s last posting was as General Manager at The St. Regis Singapore, he is set to start working as the Managing Director of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel on 6 January 2020.
Through his varied international experience at luxury hotels, he has developed an intuitive understanding of the expectations of local and international clients, alongside excellent operational knowledge. Gaining these skills has culminated in his job as the Managing Director of one of the world’s most renowned luxury hotels.
