Terms & Conditions - 2024
1. This Prize Draw is promoted and operated by Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel at 10 place de la Concorde - 75008 Paris – France.
2. The Prize Draw is open to all residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw.
3. Upon 'following' @rosewoodhoteldecrillon on Instagram, 'liking' the social media post and 'tagging' a friend in the comments of the social media post, you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.
4. The opening date for entries is 19:15 on 23th December 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 26th December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. The winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 27th December 2024 ("Draw Date").
6. The winner will win one night at Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewod Hotel in a Deluxe Room with breakfast for himself/herself and the person of his/her choice.
7. The winner will be notified by Instagram before 28th of December 2024 by @rosewoodhoteldecrillon and must provide an email address and any reasonable identification we may require claiming their prize. The prize is only valid until the 31th of August 2025. If a winner does not respond to Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel within 3 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. This competition is not endorsed by Instagram.
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel’s control make it necessary to do so.
10. The decision of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel's Privacy Policy at https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/en/privacy-policy. See also condition 7 with regard to the announcement of winners.
14. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by French law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in France.
15. The promoter of this Prize Draw is stated in Condition 1.
