Rates in US dollars are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to change. All payments are processed in Mexican pesos*. Daily room rates are subject to 16% state tax, 4% local charge, 15% service charge, and USD2.10 per night Environmental Sanitation Tax. A 16% tax and 15% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage checks.
An additional charge of USD100 applies for a third person 12 years of age and older in the room (includes a la carte breakfast daily).

*Please note that Mexico law prohibits cash transactions in a currency other than Mexican Pesos as a form of payment for goods and services, therefore all payments must be settled by credit card. MEAL PLAN OPTIONS
American Meal Plan = lunch and dinner. USD145 per person, per day plus tax and service charge.
Alcohol is not included.
Children under 12 years old are entitled to a 50% reduction on meal plan costs.

For stays up to 10 nights, a two-night deposit is required at the time of booking. All reservations for 11 nights or more will require a four-night deposit at the time of booking. Full Room and Tax are due at the time of booking.
January 3 to May 31 and October 16 to December 18 will require a 28-day advanced notice of cancellation to avoid a 2-night cancelation penalty. A 4-night stay cancelation penalty will apply for a reservation of 11 or more nights. Full Room and Tax are due at the time of booking.
June 1 to October 15 will require a 14-day advanced notice of cancellation to avoid a 2-night cancelation penalty. A 4-night stay cancelation penalty will apply for a reservation staying 11 or more nights. Full Room and Tax are due at the time of booking.
Cancellation outside of these terms will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that minimum length of stay restrictions may apply.
DURING THE FESTIVE SEASON
For the winter holiday period (December 18th, 2024 to January 2nd, 2025) an initial two (2) nights plus 20% taxes and 15% service charge is required at the time of booking which will be considered refundable by July 1st, 2024. All reservations greater than 11 nights require a four (4) night deposit at the time of booking. Reservations made from July 2nd through September 18th, 2024 will require a non-refundable deposit for two (2) or four (4) nights (including taxes and fees). From Thursday, September 19th, 2024, onwards, the full deposit of the total stay will be considered non-refundable.
Cancellation must be received by Monday, July 1st, 2024 to receive a refund for the initial deposit. From July 2nd through September 18th, a two (2) or four (4) nights (including taxes and fees) cancellation charge will apply. By Thursday, September 19th, 2024 onwards, any cancellations or modifications will result in forfeiture of the full deposit of the total stay (including taxes and fees). Any reservation made after Thursday, September 19th, 2024 is considered 100% non-cancellable and non-refundable.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Guests may check-in after 3 p.m. Specific building numbers and suite assignments may be requested but are not guaranteed. Check-out is at noon daily. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
Due to very specific regulations by the Public Transport Board in Baja California Sur, the resort is only permitted to provide airport-resort-airport private transfers, which must be booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. To arrange these transfers, contact the resort directly at +52 624 144 2800, or Rosewood North America Reservations at +1 888 ROSEWOOD or note the travel details on the Guest Preference Form. The completed form may be faxed directly to the resort at +52 624 144 2802 or emailed to email@example.com. Transfers that are not pre-arranged will only be available through public taxis at the airport. The resort's private transfer service is USD160 each way for a Cadillac Escalade and is to be paid by guests upon arrival.
There is a 40 lb. maximum weight limit on pets and a USD60 +19% tax + 15% service charge per stay fee.
Pets must be on a leash at all times while on the property and they are not permitted in the restaurant or pool areas.
