La Botica is a prohibition-era piano bar tucked within Las Ventanas al Paraiso, styled after a vintage apothecary and devoted to the art of the made-to-order cocktail. Rather than ordering from a menu, guests are guided through a sensory questionnaire that takes in favorite films, music, color preferences, milestone dates, and flavor profiles.
