Ty Warner Mansion: Four Days, Entirely Your Own

A suggested itinerary that lets the Mansion lead, with Los Cabos waiting just beyond its doors.

Detailed Itinerary

No two stays at the Ty Warner Mansion need to keep the same hours. This four-day journey allows time to live fully within the house, a day shaped by the Sea of Cortez, a glimpse of the culture and landscape beyond the resort, and a final morning with nowhere to rush.

Day one | The house reveals itself

A welcome in music, water, and Baja light.

ARRIVAL: A private chauffeured transfer brings guests to the Mansion, where mariachis and chilled Champagne set the first note. The Mansion Manager introduces the house while luggage disappears into the suites and lunch is prepared wherever the group feels most at home.

AFTERNOON: There is no need to leave. Follow the reflection pool toward the sea, swim the length of the infinity pool, explore Top of the Waves, or settle beneath the palapa as the private team begins to learn how guests like their time to unfold.

EVENING: The private chef serves dinner beneath the palapa, shaped around the group's preferences and paired from the Mansion's wine collection. Continue in the Tequila Library before taking the remote control in hand and sending a custom fireworks display above the Sea of Cortez.

Day two | Follow the water

From the first rooftop swim to dinner beneath silver leaf, the Sea of Cortez sets the pace.

MORNING: Begin in the glass-bottom rooftop pool while breakfast is prepared below. Later, set out on a privately chartered yacht or deep-sea fishing expedition. In winter, the journey can be shaped around the arrival of migrating whales.

LUNCH: Return with the day's catch and let the Mansion chef prepare it simply, served beside the pool with cold wine and the sound of the surf. Those who stayed ashore may find lunch already waiting beneath the palapa.

AFTERNOON: Arrange one of the four included Signature Massages in the open-air rooftop pavilion, followed by time in the whirlpool spa or a horseback ride on the beach at sunset.

EVENING: Dress for dinner beneath the handcrafted dome of the Silver Dining Room. Afterwards, choose a film for the private cinema, revisit a vintage arcade favorite or return to the roof for a final drink under the stars.

Day three | Beyond the garden wall

The Mansion is a destination in itself, but Baja rewards curiosity.

MORNING: After breakfast, let the Mansion Manager shape a private excursion around the group: galleries and ateliers in San Jose del Cabo's Art District, a desert journey through cactus-lined arroyos, a round of championship golf or another encounter with the peninsula's wild landscape.

AFTERNOON: Return for a late lunch from the private chef and an afternoon without plans. There may be a putting competition on the rooftop, life-size chess by the beach, a swim or the particular pleasure of doing absolutely nothing.

EVENING: Step into the wider world of Las Ventanas for dinner at Arbol or Alebrije, followed by a personalized Proust Cocktail and live music at La Botica.

Day four | One last lenghth of the sky

Departure day should still feel like part of the stay.

SUNRISE: Wake early for a final swim in the rooftop lap pool, suspended between the Mansion and the brightening sky. Breakfast follows wherever the morning looks best: on the terrace, beside the main pool or in the quiet of the suite.

LATE MORNING: Leave time for the sea. Walk the oceanfront sands, take one last turn around the garden or settle into the sunken pool lounge while the private team attends to luggage and departure details.

DEPARTURE: The chauffeured car is waiting when it is time to leave. The Mansion recedes behind the garden door; the horizon, inevitably, comes too.
