Exclusively for the extraordinary fête, we will be offering an exquisite five-course Gala Dinner on Sunday, July 2 created by a highly talented culinary duo: Our Executive Chef Fabrice Guisset and Top Chef contestant Melissa King.
Each course of the Gala Dinner will be accompanied by a hand-picked wine pairing by resort Sommelier Genevieve Rioux, and beautifully coordinated display of fireworks.
