Showcasing the most popular ingredients of the season, the inaugural Brunch Buffet features fresh takes on traditional fare with dishes like Brioche French Toast, Spinach and Comte Quiche, Buttermilk Chicken, and the hotel’s classic Chop Salad and Grill Room Green Juice, among others. A la carte cocktails including a Signature Bloody Mary and Mimosa will help quench diners’ thirst on D.C.’s hotter summer days.
