REWARD APPLICATION

Rebate or elevated commission applied to the final folio based on consumed, eligible guest-room revenue. Excludes taxes, VAT, service charges, and other fees.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Minimum 20 rooms for 2 nights or 40 total room nights.
  • Program applies to new group bookings only. May be combined with additional offers at hotel discretion.
  • Additional terms and conditions may apply.

  • Group offer is valid for new bookings confirmed by December 15, 2026

  • New bookings that actualize between now and December 31, 2028

  • Groups must be signed within 30 days of each other

  • Groups must be a minimum of 20 rooms per night or 40 total room nights

  • Groups must be new, not a repeat program for existing hotel

  • Rebates are to the end user or as commission to the intermediary not both. Rebates must be refunded to whomever paid the funds

  • Apply percentage credit will be listed on the group contract and be deducted from final invoice

  • Earned percentage off the master bill will be applied to the final folio based upon consumed, eligible rooms revenue. The percentage off the master bill only applies to eligible revenue, defined as consumed group guest room revenue

  • If a future program is cancelled as part of a multi-contract commitment, any existing contracts and associated future contracts will lose eligibility for the additional multi-contract benefit

  • Offer is subject to change/availability and exclusive of applicable tax, service/resort fees or surcharges unless otherwise noted

  • Offer is not applicable to previously contracted programs

  • Offer excludes city-wides, buyouts, entertainment and black out dates

  • Offers are combinable with local offers at Hotel Discretion, based upon availability.

  • This offer is not combinable with preferred partner agreements that have extra commission or overrides (PFP): Maritz, American Express, BCD & ITA Group; or wholesale and tour operators 

  • Promotion is based on availability and does not apply to previously contracted programs at any Rosewood Hotels

  • May be combined with additional offers at hotel discretion 

  • Earned percentage off the master bill will be applied to the final folio based upon consumed, eligible revenue
