Bar Camillo is a cocktail bar inspired by the Italian Salotto, a welcoming living room that has long served as the centre of social life. Conceived by Lorenzo Antinori and the team behind Bar Leone exclusively for Rosewood Hong Kong, the bar pairs a seasonally evolving cocktail programme with warm, informal hospitality. Contemporary mid-century interiors, lively communal seating and intimate corners create a setting designed for gathering, celebrating and lingering long into the evening. Guided by Camillo, the bar's playful mascot and host, guests are invited to take part in signature rituals, including the Negroni Sospeso, a charitable tradition that celebrates generosity, connection and the simple pleasure of sharing a great drink.
