Surplus flowers are given a new purpose through YM Fleur, a social enterprise that empowers underprivileged women by providing floral design training. These blooms are transformed into beautifully crafted arrangements, available in our online shop.
Through our collaboration with Yindii, unserved meals are offered at a discount instead of going to waste. Together with Food Angel, we ensure surplus food is donated to underserved communities. On-site, our food waste composter processes leftovers efficiently, keeping them out of landfills.
We have introduced a sustainable water filtration system with NORDAQ for in-house bottling of premium water in glass bottles, reducing the use of single-use plastic bottles. To take it further, we offer our guests thoughtfully curated plastic-free amenities.
We believe nothing goes to waste without seeking a second life. Surplus linens are donated to those in need, providing comfort. Leftover candle wax is upcycled with our community partners. We adopt reusable containers for wines and spirits to minimise single-use glass and cardboard packaging waste.
