With a robust athletic background in American football and competitive weightlifting, he now specialises in strength and conditioning, body recomposition, and weight loss, dedicated to helping guests achieve their health and fitness goals.
Tricia Yap
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tricia Yap is a multiple award winning health and fitness expert specialising in corporate health, education, and hormone optimisation for busy professionals. As a Founder of Limitless personal training gym, Co-Founder of Warrior Academy, and Co-Founder of Bikini Fit (the first all-female fitness community in Hong Kong), she is dedicated to helping individuals thrive through personalised strength training, nutrition, and healthy habit changes.
Walter Vaz
Specialising in resistance training and HIIT, Walter Vaz is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, senior fitness specialist, and Fluid X Aqua Bag trainer, all certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine. As a former professional football player, he is devoted to helping individuals start their fitness journeys and sharing the transformative power of consistency and discipline. By getting heart rates pumping and muscles working, he helps guests work towards their personal goals.
Nesta Au Yeung
Nesta Au Yeung is a passionate personal trainer who began her weight training journey in 2012, honing her foundational skills and expertise along the way. She participated in female bikini competitions in 2021 and 2023, achieving commendable placements and garnering more experience. Nesta currently crafts engaging and enjoyable training sessions for her clients, helping them relieve stress and escape the pressures of daily life - both physically and mentally.
Judith Lin
Judith Lin is a certified pilates instructor with a passion for health and well-being. Growing up playing golf, tennis, basketball, and rugby led her to develop an appreciation for the art of recovery and mind-body connection through pilates. With her holistic approach that focuses on technique, posture, and breath work, Judith helps guests deepen their mind-body connection, feel stronger, and achieve lasting change.
Jenny Cheung
Jenny is a certified instructor in Anahata Yoga and Polestar Pilates, dedicated to guiding both group and private reformer sessions with a focus on safety and therapeutic value. Her approach emphasizes gentle strengthening and cultivating physical and mental balance while weaving mindful exercise and breath work into every class. Continuously learning from diverse teaching styles, Jenny integrates fresh insights into her practice, creating thoughtful and welcoming experiences that nurture overall wellbeing.
Loretta Lee
A Pilates reformer and yoga teacher as well as a long-time wellness advocate, Loretta brings a holistic perspective to her teaching. Her classes blend strength with serenity, encouraging students to listen deeply to their bodies. With compassion and encouragement at the heart of her practice, Loretta fosters an empowering environment where guests can discover that true wellness begins by leading with how they feel.
Cobe Ng
As a dedicated wellness professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Cobe Ng specialises in the connection between nutrition, movement, and health. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) at Anahata and pursued a Mat and Reformer Pilates certification through Polestar. Having grown up with spondylitis and scoliosis, Cobe understands the challenges that come with chronic conditions, fuelling her commitment to creating safe, tailored programmes that empower her clients to move with confidence and resilience.
Meagan Chung
Meagan Chung's deep-rooted belief in the power of well-being and a healthy lifestyle permeates her teachings, where she encourages nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. As a certified yoga teacher and Reiki master, Meagan integrates the practice of asanas with holistic healing energies into her classes. Through her well-rounded approach, guests will enter a blissful state of relaxation as they discover the profound benefits of yoga.
Kit Shum
A registered yoga teacher, expressive arts therapist, and hypnotherapist, Kit Shum has a deep interest in spirituality and expressive arts therapy. Over ten years, she has taught various courses involving hypnosis, yoga, meditation, singing bowls, astrology, and expressive arts therapy to over 40 organisations for more than 5,000 attendees. She hopes to improve overall wellness through healing, creativity, and movement.
Rainbow Kwok
Rainbow Kwok combines her expertise in traditional yoga, pranayama breathing techniques, meditation, and Reiki energy healing to create transformative experiences for all who attend her thoughtfully curated sessions. Certified by Harvard Medical School in Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching, she has taught and provided wellness services across the world, including Europe, the US, Mexico, Morocco, and the Maldives.
