Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort in Los Cabos is thrilled to present its 2020-2021 Winter Collection of Emotions. Keeping health and safety top of mind, the five experiences delve into the rich culture and beauty of Las Ventanas al Paraíso and the Baja region. The thrill of being whisked to a beachfront paradise in a private jet, the lively ambiance of salsa dancing under a starlit sky, the exhilaration of high-intensity cycling cooled by sea breezes, the guiltless pleasure of a healthy meal with a delicious Mexican twist and the swooning romance of a proposal on the beach followed by an intimate elopement ceremony. These are the feelings evoked by the new Collection of Emotions at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, special experiences curated for the resort’s 2020-21 Winter Season.

Travelers will also take advantage of an expedited immigration and customs process upon arrival, which will only take 5-7 minutes as the forms will have been filled out beforehand.

Known as one of the most romantic destinations in the world, Las Ventanas al Paraíso has created the ultimate experience for couples looking to take the next step this year. Couples looking to celebrate milestone events will be able to both pop the question and tie the knot during their stay with the Propose & Elope experience. First, couples will have a once-in-a-lifetime proposal, starting with a gorgeous picnic on the beach, complete with champagne and set-up by the Department of Romance. As the lovebirds settle in, a plane will make its way across the sky with a paratrooper descending towards the beach holding a flag that reads “Will you marry me?”, with ring in hand to awaiting couple. A few days later, after a consultation with the Department of Romance, the newly engaged couple will have the opportunity to celebrate their love with an intimate and personalized elopement. With everything taken care of, from flowers to photography, couples will be able to enjoy their day without the stress of planning a pandemic-safe event.
This year, Las Ventanas al Paraíso opened ‘La Botica’ the region’s only speakeasy piano bar, which has quickly become the best spot for a multisensory experience. Hidden just steps away from the lobby, the apothecary-themed bar features expertly crafted drinks and live music courtesy of the property’s first-ever Artist in Residence, Rosalia de Cuba who captures the crowd with her charisma and international rhythms. This winter, Las Ventanas al Paraíso is enhancing this lively experience with the introduction of private Salsa classes for up to four individuals by Jonathan Holl, the property’s in-residence professional dance instructor. Guests will receive a signature cocktail before spending an hour learning the finer points of salsa from an expert dancer. At the end of the night, you can find your way to La Botica’s new outdoor location to show off your new moves.
This winter guests of Las Ventanas al Paraíso will have the chance to cycle through the sunset with a cycling class on La Plaza and stunning panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. The class will be held for a maximum of eight guests per class and led by one of Moduvated’s top trainers. With bikes set-up six feet apart, guests will still feel a part of the intimate class, with instructions and music played through personal headphones. Following the cycling class, guests will be treated to fresh green juices at a private juice bar.
