Surrounded by the swaying palms and sea grapes of the resort’s gardens, the Ocean View Junior Suite delivers breathtaking views of the bay from a large outdoor living area. The island hideaway features an oversized bedroom and a spacious, dual-vanity bathroom with an indoor rain shower, large soaking tub and outdoor garden shower.
Daily rates in US dollars are subject to an accommodation tax, currently at 10 percent, and service charge, currently at 10 percent. An 18 percent gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. Rates, tax and fees are subject to change without notice.
ATTIRE
During the daytime, a cover-up and footwear are appropriate in the dining room and public areas. After sunset, in the Pavilion gentlemen may wear dress shorts, a collared shirt and open shoes. Shorts, t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes and beach sandals are not permitted. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire. During the winter season, from Christmas until Easter, gentlemen are requested to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. At the Sugar Mill, throughout the year, gentlemen are required to wear long slacks, a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes. Jackets and ties are not necessary. Ladies may wear suitable evening attire.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS
For new reservations from December 4, 2020 - December 18, 2020
A one-night deposit which includes the room rate, resort fee, tax and gratuity is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received within 24 hours of arrival date.
For new reservations from December 19, 2020 - January 2, 2021
A 50% deposit which includes the room rate, resort fee, tax and gratuity is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations over the Festive period. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to arrival. Full stay becomes non-refundable seven (7) days prior to arrival.
For new reservations from January 3, 2021 - June 30, 2021
A two-night deposit which includes the room rate, resort fee, tax and gratuity is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received within 24 hours of arrival date.
Hotel is closed from August 22, 2021 and opens back on October 14, 2021.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In the event of an early departure, all originally confirmed room nights will be charged.

Guests may check in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
