Fees

Daily rates in US dollars are subject to a 10% accommodation tax and a 10% service charge.

An 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage checks, tax does not apply.

Rates apply to single or double occupancy, additional guests will incur a nightly charge of $125.00.

Rates, tax and fees are subject to change without notice.  

Attire

At our resort, style is relaxed yet refined—reflecting our natural surroundings and the understated elegance of barefoot luxury. Swimwear is welcome at the beach and pool; cover-ups and footwear are required in public areas. Casual resort wear is appropriate for breakfast and lunch, while resort-elegant attire is kindly requested for evening dining after 6:00 PM (light dresses, linen trousers, tailored shorts, collared shirts). Swimwear, flip-flops, athletic wear, and overly casual attire are not permitted in the evening.
 

Deposit and Cancellations

Updated policy as of January 1, 2026.

A three-night deposit which includes the room rate, tax and service charge is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations. Reservations of 8 nights or more requires a 50% deposit, including tax and service charge.

The full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received by 6:00 p.m. local time 30 days in advance of arrival.

Should your reservation be modified within the cancellation window, all originally confirmed room nights will be charged.

Special minimum stay requirements, deposit and cancellation policies will apply for specific accommodations, group bookings or over high demand periods. Please review the booking policy when confirming a reservation.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.  

Deposit and Cancellation Policy For Holiday 2026/2027 Season

A 50% deposit which includes the room rate, tax and service charge is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations over the Festive period.

Cancellation must be done by July 31, 2026 in order to receive refund of initial deposit. The remaining balance is due on July 31, 2026. Full stay becomes non-refundable on July 31, 2026.

Minimum lengths of stay and check in and check out restrictions will apply.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances.  

Early Departure Policy

In the event of an early departure, all originally confirmed room nights will be charged. 
 

Arrival and Departure

Guests may check-in after 3 pm. Check-out time is noon. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures. 
 

Group and Wedding Rates

Group rates are honored for a block of 10 rooms or more. For detailed information on special group rates, please use the Plan an Event electronic form.
