Rates are in US Dollars, per Suite, per night, in single or double occupancy, subject to applicable taxes and fees currently: 16% IVA and 5% OCC tax, 15% service charge, Local Eco Fee of MXN32.57 (per suite, per night). There is an additional charge of USD 130.00 per night for a third person (12) years of age or older subject to taxes and service charges.

Daily breakfast at the residence

Complimentary roundtrip transfer from/to Cancun's International Airport (CUN) in one (1) luxury vehicle for guests arriving and departing at the same time/date. Transfers cannot be substituted for any other activity, service, or resort credit. 

For stays of five consecutive nights or longer, a complimentary chef-led lunchtime cooking class will be offered to all guests of the villa; once per stay.

GENERAL RESORT POLICIES 

Arrival/Departure  

Check-in time is 3:00 pm  

Check-out time is 12:00 pm 

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability. Changing facilities are available at Sense Spa for early arrivals and late departures. Specific suite assignments including specific locations may be requested but are not guaranteed.   

Changes  

Changes to a confirmed reservation prior to arrival may be subject to different rates, minimum length of stay requirements, or other restrictions. 

Children  

Cribs, sofa beds, and/or rollaway beds are available, in select room categories, and must be requested prior to arrival. Consult with the resort’s reservations department or concierge regarding activities scheduled at Rosewood Explorers kids club. 

Credit Card Guarantee  

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).  

Currency Policy  

Mexican law prohibits cash transactions in a currency other than Mexican pesos as a form of payment for goods and services. All credit card transactions will be made in Mexican pesos and Rosewood Mayakoba is not responsible for exchange rate variations.  

Filming and Drones  

The enjoyment, safety, and privacy of guests, residents, and associates are of primary concern to Rosewood Mayakoba. Filming for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited in private or public areas of the resort. The use of unmanned aerial systems or drones is strictly prohibited on or above resort property.  

Meal Plan Options

A full American Plan (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is available at USD190 (subject to 21% tax; beverages and gratuities not included). The Meal Plan is not available during the Festive Season. Please inquire with the resort’s reservations department for updated meal plan options.

Minimum Stay Requirements

A minimum length of stay may apply on certain dates. Please confirm with the resort’s reservations department any stay requirements over your preferred dates. 

Pet Policy  

Rosewood Mayakoba welcomes cats and dogs, allowing up to two pets per accommodation. A fee of USD 150 (plus 16% VAT) will apply per stay.

Pets are permitted in restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and surrounding areas when on a leash, but are not allowed on the beaches. If your pet is in a public area, please ensure it is either on a leash or in its carrier.

Owners should pick up any "deposits" left by their pets.

Pets should never be left unattended in the accommodations.

Smoke-free Policy

Rosewood Mayakoba, in compliance with local laws, maintains a smoke-free environment throughout the resort indoor areas. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in any of our suites, villas or residences. If this policy is violated, a cleaning fee of one night of the daily rate plus taxes will be charged.
