Once a week, a colorful celebration transforms Punta Bonita, extending from the restaurant deck to the beach for a celebratory feel. At live stations, chefs prepare a variety of meats, seafood and vegetables over open-flame charcoal grills, accompanied by marinades and sauces. Freshly made tortillas for quesadillas and tacos, salads and decadent desserts are enjoyed to the rhythm of live music and captivating views of the sea for a celebratory feel. Seating is available around the pool deck or on the beach, and a welcome cocktail is included.

This special spirit is distilled using traditional methods but spotlights a variety of more than twenty botanicals native to the Yucatan, including Naranja Agria (sour orange), Chinalima (sweet lime), Mayan Oregano, and more.
