Each month, Executive Pastry Chef Sonara Sieng crafts an exclusive cake using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from across Cambodia. Available only at Butterfly Patisserie, Rosewood Phnom Penh, these signature creations are the perfect indulgence for yourself or as a thoughtful gift.

In 2017, Sonara joined the Rosewood family as Chef de Partie and has grown with the hotel ever since.

 

Over the years, he has sharpened his managerial skills, learned new techniques to infuse both Western and Khmer flavors into his pastries and has perfected the art of making millefeuille – the timeless treat of puff pastry sheets layered with decadent pastry cream – at the Patisserie.
