Situated on the 38th floor, Cuts is the highest restaurant in the hotel and offers magnificent views of Phnom Penh and the legendary Mekong River which winds through the city. A distinctive restaurant, Cuts features four elements: casual dining, a grill room, private dining suites and the Wine Vault tasting area, all set in a warm and welcoming upscale dining venue with first-class service.

Relaxed yet stylish, the casual dining area is ideal for those seeking an informal meal, making it a convenient place for a spontaneous lunch or dinner. The grill room specializes in preparing hand-cut artisanal meats and fresh seafood, grilled on charcoal on-the-spot and served fresh. To complement the flavorful and wholesome dishes are classic cocktails, spirits, wines and craft beers, all served alongside the à la carte menu.
