Our Level 9 garden produces between 1,200 and 1,440 kg of greens every year — supplying around 70% of the hotel's leafy vegetable needs, from fine dining kitchens to cocktail garnishes.
What began in 2022 with 40 associates pulling two tonnes of plastic from the Mekong is now an annual tradition — a ritual of care for the river that runs through the heart of Cambodia.
Every month, our associates take to the streets of Phnom Penh as part of the Tikrong Sa'art initiative. Keeping our city clean is not a one-time gesture — it is a standing commitment.
