Director of Bars

Jonas Vittur

Jonas Vittur is the new Director of Bars at Sora. Growing up in the Italian Alps, he developed a passion for connection and storytelling through food and drink.

 

His career has taken him around the world, including Australia, London, Hamburg, Japan, and India. 

 

He believes that bartending is the perfect mix of creativity, storytelling and hospitality—elements that continue to inspire him in this industry.

 

At Sora, he aims to create an immersive experience that engages all the senses through thoughtful design, curated music, elegant service and personalized drinks. 

Bar Manager

Nimol Leourng

Nimol Leourng is the dynamic new Bar Manager at Sora. He brings over six years of expertise in the hospitality industry, along with a deep passion for Cambodian flavors and global cocktail innovation.

 

Known for his minimalist yet inventive style, Nimol infuses local ingredients—such as lemongrass and herbal infusions—into modern classics, creating distinctive cocktails like his signature Negroni Sour with a Cambodian twist.

 

At Sora, Nimol’s vision is to transform each visit into an immersive experience, blending bold flavors, breathtaking views and heartfelt hospitality.

Sister Srey Band

Every Thursday to Saturday, from 6:30 to 8 pm

The duo, Esther and Hervé, will transport you to a world of musical delight with their fusion of jazzy pop, international hits, and classic Khmer melodies.

DJ Haruna

Every Monday and Sunday from 6:30 to 11:30 pm, and Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 pm.

The versatile and open-minded DJ plays a large series of musical styles ensuring an effervescent ambiance. Let his sultry live beats catch you for a memorable night. 

Rein

Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm.

Rein brings a curated blend of pop, R&B, Top 40s, and country to the rooftop stage.  Rein’s performances are designed to complement the rhythm of the evening at Sora. As the sun sets and the city begins to glow, his setlist moves seamlessly from soulful ballads to upbeat crowd favorites, creating a soundtrack that feels both effortless and immersive.
