August 22, 2025
This year’s event promises an unforgettable evening of elegance, community, and purpose, inviting distinguished guests to gather in support of the Indochina Starfish Foundation (ISF) - a Cambodian non-governmental organization dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized children and their families through education, healthcare, and sports.
The evening will feature an extraordinary 10-hands dining experience, specially curated by five of Cambodia’s most celebrated chefs: Alexis Moko, Sothea Seng, Pheak Tim, Sonara Sieng, and Navy Chhem. Guests will embark on a memorable culinary journey with a menu that seamlessly blends French fine dining techniques and modern Khmer innovation. Signature highlights include Amuse Bouche, Foie Gras Mousse, Scallop, Grouper, Wagyu Short Ribs, and Coco Chocolate Lychees. Each dish reflects the chefs’ talent and passion, united for a cause that uplifts Cambodian children and their futures.
“As a hotel, we believe our role goes far beyond hospitality. Rosewood Phnom Penh is deeply committed to creating a positive impact within the community we call home. Hosting the IBC Annual Charity Dinner enables us to support the invaluable work of the Indochina Starfish Foundation while bringing people together through the joy of food, culture, and connection,” said Daniel Simon, Managing Director of Rosewood Phnom Penh.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Indochina Starfish Foundation, directly funding programs that deliver quality education, healthcare, and life-changing opportunities. Together, IBC, Rosewood Phnom Penh, and ISF hope to shine a light on the power of collaboration in fostering stronger communities and empowering brighter futures.
