Café Carlyle is thrilled to welcome back Stella Cole following her sold-out debut residency last year. She returns to one of New York City’s most iconic rooms for a new five-night engagement, May 12-16, 2026. One of today’s most compelling young interpreters of the Great American Songbook, Cole’s rapid rise has captivated audiences both online and on some of the world’s most storied stages. Her 2025 residency was recorded and this engagement will coincide with the release of Live at Cafe Carlyle, out May 1 on Decca Records.
A native of Illinois, Cole first gained widespread attention through luminous interpretations of classic American standards shared via social platforms, earning praise from artists such as James Taylor and leading to appearances at Birdland, Carnegie Hall, and Madison Square Garden. Equally adept at honoring the legacy of Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, and Nat “King” Cole while reintroducing these timeless songs to modern audiences, she brings rare emotional depth and vocal maturity to her work.
Her most recent release, It’s Magic, produced by Grammy-winner Matt Pierson and arranged by the legendary Alan Broadbent, is a lush collection of vintage love songs that showcases her gift for intimate storytelling. With her worldwide touring and viral performances amassing millions of views, Stella Cole continues to emerge as a vital new voice in classic American music, offering Café Carlyle audiences an evening of romance, nostalgia, and timeless song.
