It's that time of year, harvest time! The most anticpated season in Montalcino, a moment of celebration for everyone.
With the harvest kit in hand, we will guide you to the vineyard, where you will be immersed in the world of Tuscan viticulture, finding out what makes Castiglion del Bosco territory so unique and, finally, you will learn how meticulous the process of the grape harvest is.
We will then see together the grape selection stages and explore the cellar where the real magic happens, visiting first the fermentation room and then the aging room.
To complete the experience, one of our Wine Experts will take you through four Castiglion del Bosco wines, including Brunello di Montalcino. Along with the wine tasting, you will also enjoy a charcuterie board of local cheeses, home-grown cured meat, EVO oil, and fresh bread.
Or, for those who would like to fully experience the harvest and discover all its secrets, do not miss our Harvest Event: a whole day in the Land of Brunello. The adventure starts with a grape picking session in the morning, followed by a light lunch with CdB wine pairing and ends with a scrumptious evening barbecue in a magical spot.
