The safety and wellbeing of the Resort’s guests and associates remain the utmost priority and Rosewood Mayakoba will continue to operate following the guidelines set by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ Commitment to Care global health and safety program to ensure the protection of all those who visit.
Rosewood Mayakoba requires all guests to wear face masks in all common areas of the resort (any area where there are other guests or associates). Along with face masks and temperature screening, the Resort also encourages all guests to keep physical distancing from other guests not in their own party. Employees are required to wear job-related personal protective equipment (face masks, gloves, face shields). We appreciate everyone’s support in following these guidelines to minimize the risk for guests and associates.
CDC COVID-19 TESTING REQUIREMENT
