This interactive gin-making workshop is led by the only gin producer on the Yucatan peninsula, Roberto Brinkman, the proprietor behind Gin Katun. This special spirit is distilled using traditional methods but spotlights a variety of more than twenty botanicals native to the Yucatan, including Naranja Agria (sour orange), Chinalima (sweet lime), Mayan Oregano, and more. Learn how to distill Gin Katun in this curated workshop followed by a cocktail tasting.
