This winter, Rosewood Mayakoba welcomes the newly Michelin-starred Caruso’s from Rosewood Miramar Beach to its lagoon-side venue, Casa del Lago. The limited-time residency is exclusively available from December 12th through March, offering a taste of Caruso’s famed Italian fare and a sense of its Southern California spirit – yet reimagined with ingredients sourced from the Yucatan. Menu highlights include Riviera Tomato Gazpacho, Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe, and Tagliata di Manzo, among other dishes, as well as craft cocktails and California wines.
