Family Fun for the Little Ones

Babysitting Services

When one-on-one care is desired, the resort can arrange babysitting services. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance and can be made throughout the day. There is a two-hour minimum for all sitting services. Nannies can care for two children at a time.

Fees

USD25 per hour from 7 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.
USD30 per hour from midnight to 6:59 a.m.

Changes or cancellations must be made four hours in advance; otherwise, the two-hour minimum will be charged. An additional fee of USD15 applies to service after 10:00 p.m. for sitter transportation. After-hours services, starting at 6 p.m., are provided in-suite.

Family Activities Year-Round

Our kids resort in Mexico also offers a variety of seasonal events and activities for families and kids, including family-themed nights out parties and Mayakoba beach nights. Special celebrations such as birthdays can be arranged. The spa offers 30-minute treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures for children ages 11 to 16. They must be accompanied by an adult.

Summer Immerse

Cenote exploration

Embark on a guided exploration and orientation of Mayakoba cenotes, particularly El Burrodromo. Kids are treated to a guided tour, see the caves bats & ancient rock formations, and later receive a cenote explorer badge upon completion.
