Best Group Managers Award by Latinoamerica Convenciones

October 24, 2016

Latinoamérica Convenciones has recognized two Rosewood Mayakoba members for their success in 2016, including Group Sales Manager Ana Cerna and Groups Manager Magnolia Echeverría in the ‘Quality in Conventions’ category. The two ambassadors were awarded ‘Best Group Managers’ nationwide and represented the ultra-luxury resort during an October 21st awards dinner in Mexico City, hosted by Sr. Fernando Compeán, Publishing President.

These awards are the result of a national survey that the magazine conducts annually. Meeting planners, associations and the Tourism Industry Chambers of Meetings vote to qualify a diverse field of nominees in categories related to the preplanning and execution of groups, congresses and conventions. Its objective is to acknowledge those who perform passionately and contribute in the success of these corporate events and/or incentive trips.

“Magnolia Echeverría and I are deeply grateful for the trust and confidence the Mexican Meeting Industry has honored us and Rosewood Mayakoba with,” said Ana Cerna, Group Sales Manager at Rosewood Mayakoba. “It has been a privilege working at the resort. Thank you for this wonderful distinction of the work we do and the recognition by Latinoamérica Convenciones, which inspires us to continue delivering our best in exceeding expectations that the industry requires.”
