Cancellation Policy

The hotel’s standard cancellation policy requires that any cancellation or amendment to a reservation is received 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty charge. In the event the hotel is notified any later than this, a charge equivalent to the rate for the entire stay will be due. Please note that group bookings, certain period and promotions are subject to different terms conditions, which are detailed either in the group contract or promotion details.

Check-in is from 3 pm on the day of arrival and check-out on the day of departure is at 12:00 noon.
