Nimol brings over six years of exemplary leadership and experience in the hospitality industry, embodying creativity and dedication that aligns seamlessly with Rosewood’s commitment to excellence.
A graduate of the Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE Institute) with a specialization in Food and Beverage Management, Nimol launched his career at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra. There, his strong work ethic and dedication saw him rise from bartender to Restaurant Manager. In 2019, he transitioned to Raffles Hotel Le Royal as Bar Manager, later advancing to Beverage Manager in 2023, where he crafted innovative cocktail programs and led his team with vision and integrity.

Known for his creative flair that emphasizes simplicity and exceptional ingredients, Nimol’s signature Negroni Sour is infused with local herbs, capturing a distinctive Cambodian essence.

With Sora’s unique atmosphere and sweeping views, Nimol is committed to transforming the bar into a destination for immersive experiences. His vision includes a refreshed cocktail menu showcasing local and organic ingredients, guest bartender events bringing international talent, and curated cocktail-pairing dinners celebrating local cuisine.
