This festive season, the bold flavors of South America are landing on the shores of the Andaman Sea. Rosewood Phuket is bringing Taraz, the celebrated restaurant from Rosewood São Paulo, to its laid-back beachfront eatery, The Shack, for an 11-day pop-up from December 18 to 28, 2025.
This collaboration is showcasing the very best of South American cuisine. Guests can savor the raw, fresh, and light flavors of Peru through ceviches, tiraditos, and causas inspired by Japanese techniques and enlivened with Latin accents, alongside the pungent, rich, and surprising tastes of Brazil.
