Phnom Penh Cocktail Festival

As the centerpiece of Rosewood Phnom Penh’s 8th anniversary, Sora hosts the second edition of the Phnom Penh Cocktail Festival, bringing together the region’s most progressive bar talents for two evenings of discovery.

Sixteen bars take part in the anniversary edition, including nine international bars and seven local bars, each presenting a signature cocktail priced at USD 8. Set against sweeping city views, the festival offers a rare opportunity to experience diverse cocktail philosophies, regional ingredients, and contemporary techniques in one elevated setting.

Sustainable Summit

Sora also hosts its first Sustainable Summit, reinforcing Rosewood Phnom Penh’s long-term commitment to responsible hospitality.

 

Fresh from being named Winner of the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award 2025 by The World’s 50 Best Bars, Sora welcomes guests for an afternoon of learning and exchange. The program begins with a guided hotel tour, including an exclusive look at the region’s first hydroponic garden, which supplies approximately 70 percent of the hotel’s leafy green produce, followed by a panel discussion with industry leaders.

As part of the anniversary weekend, bar professionals are invited to take part in hands-on training sessions hosted by Workshop 14 and Sora. Designed for industry specialists, these sessions focus on technique, sustainability, and the evolving role of bars in shaping modern hospitality.
