COMING FALL 2018
Aquí Me Quedo translates to “Here I Stay,” which is the feeling evoked when guests slip into the secluded luxury of Rosewood Mayakoba’s newest destination.
The popularity of our Aquí Me Quedo food truck has prompted a $2.5 million dollar investment to create what will be an unrivaled beachfront hideaway where in and outdoors blend seamlessly and the warm welcome of the cantina calls.
Inspired by the residential style of a grand seaside home and the relaxed, natural beauty of nearby Tulum, this private enclave features open air living and dining rooms, three infinity edge pools sunken in the sand, La Cocina, an open kitchen for interactive culinary experiences, and La Palapa, a 2,200-square-foot private event beachfront indoor/outdoor palapa.
Channeling the vibrant and festive feel of a traditional Mexican cantina, La Cantina's menu brings together the best of Mexican street foods and drinks with freshly-made, Caribbean coastal-inspired fare for guests to enjoy throughout the day.
Seasonal treatments and amenities will rotate around each of the three infinity pools; Tequilita, Mezcalito and Chelita.
La Palapa, a premiere event space for groups and weddings, will double as a fitness pavilion, featuring morning spin and yoga classes.
For those looking to lounge in style, guests can relax in La Sala and La Terraza, two residential-style living rooms overlooking the sand and the sea.
La Fogata, a fire pit sunken into the sand, will keep the mood alive as Aquí Me Quedo transitions from day to night.
Located adjacent to the Punta Bonita family pool deck, on Rosewood Mayakoba’s white sand beach this adults-only oasis will become your new “Seaside Home.”
Aquí Me Quedo will be open daily to all Rosewood Mayakoba guests 16 years and older.
